Appearance of Kate Bradfield and Motion to Stay Proceedings

Now comes Kate Bradfield, Executrix named in a will executed by William Swanton dated June 15, 1929 and moves that hearing on the petition for action of probate of will dated July 13, 1928 filed in the Probate Court in and for the County of Suffolk be stayed for the following reasons:

1. Said William Swanton at the time of his death was a resident of and domiciled in the Irish Free State.
   
2. The last will of said William Swanton executed on June 15, 1929 has been offered for probate in Clonakilty, County Cork, Irish Free State and proceedings for the allowance of said will have been begun in said County.
