TO THE HONORABLE THE JUDGE OF THE PROBATE COURT IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF SUFFOLK:

It being inconvenient for me to discharge the duty of executrix of the last will and testament of William Swanton, late of Seaview, Lislevane, Irish Free State, deceased, in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, I do hereby decline that trust and subject to the approval of the Court, I request and assent to the appointment of Leo D. Crowley of Boston, Massachusetts, as administrator with the will annexed, and that he be exempt from furnishing surety on his official bond.
